Where can I get it looked at and repaired in Chicago

Unfortunately last weekend. The brake control on handlebar no longer controlled the braking mechanism and i crashed. Yes lovEly to find out when you are needing to stop and Can’t.

I’ve only had scooter 2 months. Could be something As simple as the wire

WandaStratmann Have you tried contacting Hiboy? Sounds like it might still be under warranty.

If no help there, then local bike shops that work on bikes are probably your best bet.

Specialized PEV stores are popping up, but not ubiquitous yet.
