So I just purchased this Mantis Pro w an aftermarket Minimotors fingerprint scanner lock. I set the lock to my thumbprint and the following day it won’t unlock. I just keep getting a red light when I try! I looked online for help but it’s limited… the guy I bought it from left his thumb on there but he lives 4 hrs away. Also my thumbprint lock lacks the screw on the right side that some videos mention. How do I reset this without unlocking it or do I have to wire a jumper plug to bypass? Help please
