I ordered an Apollo Phantom (NYC) that was delayed 2 months when it arrived the locking ring was broken, non slip silicone pad was not properly glued on in multiple locations, the rear foot rest where the light are was not properly siliconed and the bottom of the scooter flare was damaged. Since I’m from the NYC I had to purchase from fluid free ride who hasn’t gotten back to me. At this point I don’t trust that Apollo can deliver an excellent scooter. I want to return it and purchase from a company that takes quality control serious.
