The Phantom deserves the criticism it gets, It’s a mediocre scooter, masquerading as “Best scooter of 2021”. It was touted as the “scooter of the year”, but it falls far short of that,
None of your points address multiple legit QC issues of the Phantom, You have posted some maintenance and safety tips? which have nothing to do with the complaints or their complete lack of real customer support which consists of using the word “sorry” infinitely during your interactions.
We are even now seeing the “great” V3 upgrade kit being offered and marketed. Well I did my own upgrade, I purchased a different manufactures scooter. Very happy that I did. I would never recommend the Phantom to anyone after my continuing experience with it. Glad your happy with yours, everyone has their own experiences and is entitled to post them good or bad here.
