BenC Hi Ben,
A great starting place is always to jump in our comparison database (works best on desktop) and you and you can get a stats-based sense of relative scooter performance. Make sure to select the “ESG Performance” button so that you see real-world stats and not mfg data.
I threw the scooters you mentioned into the db and hit compare (but left out the Skywalker 10S b/c it’s discontinued).
City and Touring are going to be the performance winners. Ride quality on the Touring is outstanding due to great suspension and giant deck. It does have smaller wheels than and no front brake. The City has dual brakes and slightly larger diameter tires.
The Air Pro is going to be a more budget, lower-performance but very solid entry-level model.
Horizon is a bit in the middle with longer range, slightly less power/performance.
Build quality on all these models is similar. Better than many scooters, but not reaching that of the industry standard budget commuter Segway Ninebot Max.
