mvanders Larger tires definitely make a difference, especially in terms of obstacle clearance. Scooters with large tires are much more suited for roads with lots of deep potholes. Definitely unfortunate that you don’t see more scooters with 10 inch tires in the Touring / Horizon size/price range.
That said, all scooters you’ve listed are good options and all have suspension. So you do have some insurance against rough roads.
From that list, the Explore is going to be the best for rough terrain, but also the priciest. I don’t know if I would spring for it just for the ride quality, though, so if you don’t feel you’re getting extra benefit from range etc, then might not be worth it.
