Speed limiter an controller on a escooter

I own a new electric scooter with a 1600w motor, (60/20AH) lithium. Example: https://www.soncni-sistemi.si/izdelek/elektricni-skuter-eco-strela-006/

It has 3 speed options and highest speed recorded at full battery is 49 km/h. I have a gas scooter as well and it was delimited by unplugging a wire to the limiter. Is this the same? I think its chinese parts as well but i have no clue where the limiter might even be…

If anyone knows please share.

So far i have found some controllers that are 72 volts for 1500w - 1800w bikes. I think mine is 68 volts in the bike so maybe changing it should work, not really sure.
