Choosing between TurboAnt X7 Pro and Gotrax XR Elite

Hi! I am selecting my first scooter for commuting (Mon-Fri 3 miles from home). I only have $400 budget so I am now looking at the TurboAnt X7 Pro and Gotrax XR Elite (Since TurboAnt has a discount down to $400, I think their original price difference doesn’t matter for me anymore).

Many e-scooters review websites give these two products very high recognition. But I am concerned by the fact that the manufacture of TurboAnt is not based in the United States (as I understand it) - it might take more time in delivery, it might not be equally supported in the US, etc.

Can anyone kindly share knowledge regarding this issue? Or simply compare these two?

I think TurboAnt has a shipping center in the U.S. so you may not have to wait. Both scooters are good for their price. I think the TurboAnt is a bit beefier in terms of build quality.

However, in this price range don’t expect much in term of post-purchase support. I’d rely on buying from a retailer with strong return policy in case the company doesn’t come through to support you after the purchase. You can buy mosts GOTRAX products through Amazon, which will hopefully give you this protection.
