I have the V1, I wish you the best with your newer V3 scooter and document your experience here when you can. The best way to get them to respond to you is leave comments on their YT videos on their official channel, that you are unhappy. You will get a call or an e-mail real quick then. They are trying to manage all the negative feedback they are getting so they seem to respond to those that complain the loudest first…
I really for your sake and future customers Apollo gets their act together but i just don’t have a lot of confidence in them at all.
