Need advice on going through with Apollo Phantom V3 purchase.

Hi guys. My name is Rónán. I’m a first time scooter buyer.
Am I making a mistake by ordering from Apollo? Specifically the Phantom V3.
I tried to ask this community if I could trust Apollo as a company, or if I should cancel my order now before it’s too late. But my post has been awaiting approval for the past 4 days.
I’m really worried about all the negative stuff I’ve been seeing about Apollo’s poor build quality and terrible customer service.
I live in Canada, and wanted to support a Canadian company, but I can’t afford for this purchase to end up as a bust.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Just search some of the old posts on this forum, i posted one of mine below. I have many more. just click on my avatar and you can scroll through my posts. So do others here with challenges with Apollo. I’m in the GTA by the way.
I have the V1, I wish you the best with your newer V3 scooter and document your experience here when you can. The best way to get them to respond to you is leave comments on their YT videos on their official channel, that you are unhappy. You will get a call or an e-mail real quick then. They are trying to manage all the negative feedback they are getting so they seem to respond to those that complain the loudest first…

I really for your sake and future customers Apollo gets their act together but i just don’t have a lot of confidence in them at all.

Ronan, check out my long winded review of Apollo . I own a Phantom did not buy from them but second hand. I am very disappointed in customer service not answering any questions directly. Also the Apollo Plus program is simply a money grab. If you going to put out 3k for a product its nice to know the company backs it rather then charging you insurance money to get what you paid for. When i buy something new and the company says free delivery i would expect what i paid for with free delivery arriving pristine at my door. Not with Apollo only if you shell out another 80 or 100. Is this really free delivery? Why are you paying extra to get what you paid for?
