Hello!
Today I tried to charge my scooter and somehow it did not charge. I havent used it for a while but it was stored allright. But today I tried to charge it after maybe 1 hour I tried to turn it on but it didnt. So my first thought that I didnt plug it in right. again 1 hour later it still didnt turn on. So I opened it and I noticed a weird brown substation and it was a little sticky aswell. Now my question goes what is this? My first thought was a leaking battery but its not the actual batter thats leaking I think. If anyone can help me in the right direction! Thanks!
NOTE:
this is not the battery it self it looks all the cables go through there and it seems like there is some sort of motherboard in it aswell!

That is most likely thermal paste to transfer heat to the case.
What is your actual voltage from the battery? Measure it with a meter.
