Hi I’ve brought a scooter for my dad, but it keeps stopping, it moves but if you put any weight on it or a slight incline it stops and starts beeping but turn the ignition off and on again it moves again, could this be a battery issue or something else, also it says the battery is full when parked but try and move and the gauge goes down to empty
