I haven’t been inside of our Zero 9, so I’m not sure what’s in there, in terms of fuses.
Our Xiaomi has a completely different style of plug than the Zero 9, so I’m surprised the OP was able to get the Xiaomi charger connected.
I’d absolutely get in touch with Revrides first for help. If for whatever reason, you have to sort it out yourself, I’d open it up and look for fuses between the charging port and battery. If there aren’t any fuses, sometimes just unplugging the battery, waiting a couple minutes and then plugging it back in can re-set things.
Again, I haven’t had ours apart, but it looks like using a small philips screwdriver to remove the round, plastic, front trim is the best way to get inside and have a look. Fold the scooter for better access to this area.
