Apollo Phantom V2 upgrade to V3

My Phantom used to go 100KM/h (62m/h) but now it only goes 80 Km/h (50m/h) with the new upgrade.
Anyone else have similar issue with the upgrade?

Did you have an external turbo attached to it? Isn’t that scooter rated at around 40mph max?

When purchased it used to go 100KM/h (62m/h) but now it only goes 80 Km/h (50m/h) . Note these speeds are based upon the scooter sitting on a workbench. It never went that fast with my 200 plus pound wieght on it ….lol
That is the result of the new Upgrade controller…….it is now slower.

Fastest I ever went was 94 Km/h and that was with the help of a small hill……regular speed was about 82 Km/h

I call complete BS on this, I have owned a phantom now for two years, Even on the highest hill with a gale force on your back, I 100% guarantee you will never go faster than 65 to 70 KPH on it. Not one review video including the less than spectacular… “Ludo” version won’t show a faster speed than below 70. With 2× 1200 W motors (or even the 1400 W version and 60V, it’s simply not possible.

The Best upgrade one can hope for with an Apollo Phantom, is to sell it and buy another brand of scooter. I’m getting tired of their sorry band of reputation marketer’s masquerading as owners, and posting nonsense about their scooters.

Rightfully so….(BS)…………..all information leads to what you say and what Apollo posts……

However my scooter exceeds those posted speeds and I don’t know why. Also I contacted Apollo and they say the same as you. Again I never noticed my speeds were what they were and that Apollo says impossible. I await a formal response from them explaining why mine is different…………I will keep you in the loop. The latest thing is they have a app that I just installed……in the app the max speed you can set your scooter to is 80Km/h, hence that is why it only maxes out at 80 now. I asked them to increase it in the app. I will wait and see.

Your gauges may state those speeds, however i would suggest maybe downloading one of those gps based speed apps on to your phone and verifying your true speed. The Phantom will not reach the speeds you claim in the real world.

You must have a P setting incorrect (tire size, etc), and your speedo is not accurate. There is no way that scooter goes that fast. It’s just not possible.
Why? Because I own a NAMI Burn E2 Max. It’s 72V and peaks at 8400W. I can only hit 97kmh on it, and that’s with the turbo mode on.
