The product is great. What is absolutely terrible is the customer support:
I got a flat tire. You would think it would be easy to fix that, especially as I have tens of years of experience with bicycles. NOPE! The user manual doesn’t tell you how to remove the wheel so that you can change the inner tube. I tried I wasn’t able to remove it. Their official website is out of inner tubes. When I visited a bike shop, they were afraid to remove the wheel, as they were afraid they could damage anything. When I emailed the support (my product was still under guarantee as I purchased it only a few months ago), they promised to send me the inner tube, however since I contacted them a month ago, nothing happened. I asked multiple times for a tracking number, however they just replied with silly excuses. Honestly I have no idea how such a prosperous company can have such a terrible support. Even though I love the product, customer support is so important to me, than my next electric scooter is DEFINITELY not Gotrax!!!
