I have bought a new battery and a handlebar which costs me around 220$!!!! even worse, the scooter cannot even be turned on. I have fully charged the battery, I think, because the charger is green.

NabilAqeef if the scooter is plugged into the charger and it does not turn on then the wire from the controller to the lcd is dammaged or the controller is busted.
If it does turn on then the battery is shot

it just died all of a sudden. I thought it was the battery, so I changed it but it still doesn’t work. So i get a new handlebar because I thought it’s gonna be the power button. Turns out, that also not it. I am outta idea rn. AND MONEY

it does not turn on at all. I checked the wiring that are needed to connect the battery and the handlebar only. Any extra wiring, i did the check because it is wrapped with the black cover.
I did some searching online. Looks like it’s a common issue with all models of Hiboy. They’re junk. It’s best to return it or contact Hiboy support and you MAY get a replacement. Those options are assuming that it’s fairly new. If it’s older or out of warranty, then you’re SOL. It’s probably a failed controller.
Contact customer support and if it’s under warranty you should get a new scooter if not I have a spare controller but I’m not sure if it will work with the S2 I have the S2R
ItsAqua They’re… Not great. They tend to snap in half. That being said, definitely contact support is it’s under warranty, and they may replace it.

I got mine at a raffle and it just shut off I tried everything and nothing worked
My hiboy s2 lite is having problems. It tries to click on when I hit the power button but it flashes and immediately shuts off. A repair shop told me it was the battery without really even looking at it.. It’s not in warranty. Anyone have any other recs for this? Thanks
Wubwubmeow some scooters you can diagnose this by plugging the charger into the scooter and trying to turn the scooter on and if it turns on and then when you unplug it it turns off then it’s the battery but that doesn’t always work because I’m controllers have a preventative measure that doesn’t allow you to turn it on while it’s plugged in. But what always does work is getting a volt meter I’m getting to your battery and checking the voltage output
