Despite multiple attempts to address the issue through NIU’s customer service, including costly returns for repairs, the problem persisted. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from NIU’s customer service team only exacerbated my frustration.
Furthermore, the process of returning the scooter for repairs was a nightmare. The provided shipping label expired, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. It is unacceptable that a company of NIU’s stature cannot even manage the basics of customer service, let alone provide reliable products.
Overall, my experience with NIU has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing in NIU products, as the company’s disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling.
