Yes it does have pneumatic tyres my friend and thankyou for your response. The tyres are soft so I must pump them up but I can’t imagine it adding another 10kph though I will try and see if that works. Thankyou so much for your help 😉👍🏻💯

Stuyk73 lower pressures have higher rolling resistance. It will also affect your range.

My Vsett 9+ is the same I only reached the top speed a few times most was going downhill. My gear 3 single motor is literally the same speed of my gear mode 2 when it should be higher

Yea that’s exactly like my kugoo m4. Gear 2 is 30kph and gear 3 is 30 to 33kph on a straight. That’s not right. I know we might not be driving around at 45 all the time but I still want to be able to when I want. That’s why I git it cause it does good speed 😉

Stuyk73 looking at the specs on that thing, I am not so sure that a 500W single will get you that fast, despite what they say. 30-40kmh on the flat with no wind sounds about right.

Generally you cut the white wires that are hidden (but easy to get to). Obviously make sure to have electrical tape or some way to cap the wires after cutting.

some models … if you have dual wheel engaged and hold the throttle for about a 1 min while turning on the scooter it will turn off the speed dampener. lol if you don’t have dual wheel engaged… well only your back wheel will unlock and the front will not hahah

I had a lesser known 600w scooter andI was able to access the p setting alter the speed from 18mph to 30.

The P settings some times have the power level not set to 100. Also if they set the voltage lower than the battery and motors actually handle.. that also would reduce power.

Do not set the voltage above what your scooter has
Do not adjust the motor magnets setting
Do not adjust the voltage shut down

You can change the wheel diameter and your screen will tall you that your going faster… but you wont be

I would suggest if you are bypassing things to make your scooter faster that are not factory suppressed for a reason, to be careful in hot climates that you do not overheat anything. Particularly a hub motor or the controller. Some scooters have limiters, limiting top speed duration because of that issue.

Once you cut wires or mod something, be aware you have to live with the results of that and any warranty or support would be no longer an obligation by the manufacturer.

I believe some scooters come with a manual listing all the p settings and they should tell you which one to not tamper with

why do scooters get re branded with very little change two or more times a year?

In the USA state legislation has been written for escooters by fortune 500 companies that rent them in major cities.

as defined by the law: an electric scooter shall not exceed 20 MPH. the motor must be 750 Watts or lower. It has no petals. it shall not exceed 20MPH/35KMH In city limits. some states added that their can not be a seat while other states said you have to be standing on a floor board.

So unless your riding you scooter on private property while going over 20 MPH.. you are required to have a motor cycle license, insurance, license plate, registration, tabs for your plate, and some states a helmet as well.

The fines can go over $10,000 and a year in prison
or as little as over night in jail and $50 with points on your license and an impounded vehicle.

lucky for me.. my scooter can out run the cops

I live in Ireland so there is no speed restriction on scooters so I am allowed go as fast as I can. That being said I don’t want to be speeding around all the time at 45kph but I would like to be able to do the speed I want that I paid for so it’s a matter of the m4 doing what is stated as in going 45 kph.

IMO a scooter needs to occasionally have the power to blend with city traffic safely. I live near multiple construction zones where the sidewalks just end and you have to ride in a car lane for a quarter mile or so with cars. You won’t piss anyone off and the other vehicles will respect that your not blocking their forward progress if you can ride at their speed for 1-2 minutes.

have you checked the P settings? P15 is adjustable and controls power. you want it to say 100.
when scooter is on push and hold the power and mode button at the same time for a few seconds.
Power cycles through the options when clicked.
mode button will increase the setting
push and hold power button and it reverses the mode to reduce the settings instead

so push power 14 times and your at P setting 15..

if that is already at 100… cut the white wires that are in a group

Yes I’ve already gone through all of that and it is on 100 in P15 but thankyou anyway 😉👍🏻
