How long have you had it? The throttle and QS-S4 LCD have a 2 year warranty. The motors and battery have a 1 Year warranty.
I have an eagle one. I don’t care about warranty since Varla takes 2+ months to send me anything… If you do go the warranty route…You never left it out side for long periods of time and you clean it regularly as the manual says. If you say anything else.. it voids the warranty.
I would first check to make sure the pins in the throttle connector are not bent and are fully plugged in. (It has 6 pins and is in the middle font of the handle bars)
Second: check to make sure the brakes are fully connected.
Third make sure all 4 lights are not blown.
Last ….Did you ride in heavy rain or through a bunch of deep puddles? The eagle one can only handle so much water.
If everything is connected and you have not been joy riding through lakes….
It could be a few things.
open the throttle and make sure nothing melted.
open the battery housing by removing the grip tape and unscrew it all.
check for a fuse or a reset button.
make sure the battery is not leaking or the connectors are diss colored. (burn marks)
if all of that comes up with nothing..
your left with a faulty QS-S4 LCD
or the P settings are wrong and it shut down to protect it self
or you battery is dead
Check the magnet behind the throttle and see if it fell out. (pull the trigger and there is a magnet you should see behind it)
