Every two weeks you see a video that claims “X” scooter is the “scooter of the year” and it’s simply nonsense. It’s paid advertising because they receive some kind of benefit by hyping up the sale of a particular model for a couple of weeks and then on to the next one.
Then someone gets a $1500 to $3000 headache or something they were not expecting and are disappointed. That is a pretty pricy investment to make and not be happy with your choice. Scooter manufacturers should at least deliver on their posted specs and do better QC before boxing + delivery.
