Pure Air Go screen not turning on

I have a Pure Air Go 350W and the screen no longer turns on (so it doesn’t drive either and front light doesn’t turn on). Battery is fully charged and the rear light is permanently on. I’ve tries disconnecting and reconnecting everything but with no luck.

Any ideas?

oakf13ld77 Try resetting the console if you can and contact their CS Team. They should be able to get you back to riding!

RideGOTRAX thanks. They advised to send it to their nearest repairer. Do you know how to reset the console? I’ve unplugged and reconnected all wires.
