Kreo Motors is in Mesa, AZ. They are primarily a Kaabo / Blade dealer, but it’s possible that they do repairs on other scooters. I don’t know for sure, but it might be worth reaching out to them.
Interesting that you have insurance, but may not be difficult to take advantage of. What insurance did you end up buying, who was it through, and what did it run you?
I’ve seen more and more companies offering “extended” warranties and other types of insurance through 3rd parties, but I’ve wondered whether or not it would actually help owners who end up having problems.
