ItsAqua Same type I think. Large double clamp on the stem. Shouldn’t have any wobble, though. Michael Sha is pretty anal about design details. He also listens to owners and revises his designs based on their feedback.

ItsAqua Fair enough. It’s solid though. Also, 100lb scooters aren’t really for packing around anyways. Folding stem is a bonus, lol.

It’s a different ride because of the large wheels. It has good reviews. and will definitely smooth out bad road conditions. I believe Dualtron support is decent as well. Do a search on YT and watch some videos about it. I think it is a good choice for a rider who likes cruising comfortably.

Willem7 Yes. You can take the deck cover off and remove/replace the battery.

Hi… if I’m getting a scooter & it looks very likely 😁😎 it’s going to be a Nami 😎 but now the Klima is also out & supposedly can also take 150kg load….? I’ll probably never go over 50km/h. Just need something reliable for commuting that can go up steep roads. Burn-e 2 Pure OR Klima? Thank you 😊

Willem7 That depends how long you want to wait. Michael has stated that the Klima won’t be at US retailers for a while.

Test drove the Nami burn-e 2 Pure today…. This thing is huge! It’s a tank on two wheels! 🤪😎 It will definitely take getting used to & building up confidence to use it on the road 🤪 Will see about finances 🙃

Assuming you purchased it from a retailer and didn’t want to wait a few weeks and save a couple of thousand on your purchase?

DubS Ordering from the USA for example actually leaves me paying more, even with current sales, due to the New Zealand vs USA $ exchange rate.

I really am not trying to be stubborn or clueless…. I tried looking around for a better deal, but the reality is due to NEW Zealand’s geographic isolation, supply chain issues, import taxes, exchange rates etc, ordering a large item like this from overseas is not very feasible. Just an example… the free fluedride sale come to a few hundred dollars more…
I actually managed to get to local guy to come down with his price; this would seem to have added advantage of also having local support for the item you bought.
