I’m not sure if any of you out there have had any issues with this company not responding to any of your emails or calls, but it’s been weeks since they have responded to me. Any ideas?
There’s literally already a giant thread here on how much of a scam company they are. Do a credit card chargeback ASAP. You are never going to see your scooter.

PincheJavi Why? Oh, you probably waited too long. You only have a certain amount of time to request a chargeback on something .
If so, then you are SOL, I am afraid.
