I don’t think anyone sells aftermarket wheels, since there are so many parameters that have to be just right. For example, tire diameter and tire width have to fit into the existing fender or you’ll get tire-rub. The axle-width has to match your forks down to within a few mm, or you’ll either not be able to insert the wheel, or the fork will have to flex too much when the axle bolts are tightened. Axle diameter also needs to roughly match the slot size on the forks. Unfortunately it’s probably less hassle to sell the scooter you have and buy one that has the tubeless tires you want.
