It looks like that scooter is sold by a company called Evercross, and is a clone of a Xiaomi M365 scooter. I don’t see any support links on their website, but they do have contact information for support.
The only search results I’m getting suggest that it’s the error code for a Hall sensor failure, which is in the motor (in the front wheel). One thing you could try is disconnecting the motor wiring and re-connecting it to see if it’s a problem with the connectors themselves.
Sometimes you can get random error codes because of low charge. I would leave it on the charger for a while and see if things settle down. With the Xiaomi scooter there is an app you can use to communicate with the scooter but I’m not seeing one available for the geekme scooter, at least not for iOS.
