I replaced the throttle on my razor EcoSmart scooter due to the fact I had snapped the other throttle cables I had and when I replaced the throttle the scooter still will not power on and the fuse is showing that it is not blown as well I tested all the parts on it and received continuity what could be the problem here someone help
